**You can also specify your protein (fish, chicken, meats) requests on the checkout page. Our meals regularly feature Sea Bass, ceviche as seafood options. Requests for Lobster, steaks, and higher priced ingredients are available at an additional charge.
***Holiday rates: We are available to cater special holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Please note that our holiday rates may have special pricing. The Holidays listed above are double our normal rates to compensate our staff for working on the holiday. We offer a large variety of services that you may enjoy. We provide expert Tequila/Mescal tasting as well as Wine tasting from out local region in the Guadalupe Valle (also known as the Napa of Mexico). We are also available for bigger events including Bachelorette parties, Bachelor parties, and Weddings. Please reach out to us to find out more about these services. Chef Ari and the Kua staff are the premiere catering service for all your special events when visiting Cabo San Lucas and Baja.
