We are excited you have stopped by to meet our Chefs, Sous Chefs and team members. Your business means everything to us and these are the people that make Kua a very special dining experience. We have built our catering team from the finest people in the business. Everyone that works at Kua Chef Services understands the importance of impeccable service. We do our best to make every event memorable!
Chef Ari
Chef Ari is the owner and founder of Kua Catering and Private Chef Services. Chef Ari has sharpened her culinary skills at some of the finest restaurants in the world. She worked at Bar Tartine in San Francisco as well as a Michelin stared restaurant in France and one of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in Thailand. Chef Ari’s unique skillset and experience have come together to create her unique perspective on traditional and modern cuisines. In short, Chef Ari can cook just about anything! You know with her training and experience it will always be great!
Chef Parti Gabi
Chef Gabi is a welcome addition to our team of professional Chefs. She has an exceptional attitude and is always looking to exceed our customers expectations. Her culinary skills were perfected at some of the finest restaurants in Mexico. You will enjoy an amazing meal with Chef Gabi!
Sous Chef Ali
Sous Chef Ali is one of our most popular Chefs. She has crafted her cooking skills in professional kitchens at some of the finest Hotels and Resorts in Cabo. You will be in for a wonderful meal with Sous Chef Ali!
Chef Assitant – Yudith
One of our most loved Kua team members. Yudith is fantastic in the kitchen and a master at customer service. She always arrives with her big smile, great attitude and friendly personality to make your event a day to remember. We are grateful to have Yudith working for our Kua team.
Butler Margarita
Margarita is an outstanding member of our support staff. She helps with all things needed to make your event as memorable as possible. From setup to cleanup and everything in between. We are lucky to have Margarta on team Kua!
Butler / Bartender / Sommelier
Raul is not only an expert bartender and experienced member of the Kua team, he is also a licensed Sommelier! He is an expert in the amazing wines that are local to the Guadalupe Valley (some of the best in the world!). Raul is also an expert craftsman with cocktails and always enjoys introducing our guests to new and exciting drinks!
Office Assistant Irais
Irais is our beloved office assistant. She holds down the fort when we are out working an event. You may find her answering your call when we are busy preparing ingredients for an upcoming catering project. We are very fortunate to have Irais on our team!
Sous Chef Karen
Working in the culinarily industry for more the 10 years, Chef Karen has traveled across Mexico to expand her culinary knowledge. She has worked with International chefs, and as a female chef she understands the values of teaching and empowering the next generation of female Chefs. Chef Karen has worked in some of the 50 best restaurants in Mexico included on the San Pellegrino List. Her passion for cooking has expanded in to baking elaborate pastries and delicious cakes. Chef Karen and Chef Ari have an amazing bond that enhances the enthusiasm they both share for unique and exciting culinary creations.
Chef Arely
Chef Arely has vast culinary experience. From a young age she was inspired by her grand mother to explore her passion for cooking. She built her culinary career by graduating with a culinary degree, and then traveling thru Spain to work under acclaimed Michelin star chefs. Chef Arely returned home to Mexico and combined her experience from abroad with her local knowledge of Mexican cuisine to become a truly exceptional chef. The chef is also passionate about her home made Ice cream among other in-house specialty foods that she has mastered.
Butler – Victor
Victor is one of the most beloved members of the Kua team. His bartending skills are as polished as his knowledge of top-shelf liquors. Victor is also very gracious and happy to help our clients in any way possible. Don’t hesitate to ask Victor about any food or drink related items on the menu. His English is excellent and he can guide you to any support you may require from the Kua team.
Bartender & Mixologist – April
April has combined her natural ability and dedication to become an expert in serving up delicious concoctions. When April is running the bar you can rest assured your guest are in for some fun. April is a natural at putting on a show while creating innovative cocktails that will get all your guests excited about what drink she might make next. Of course April can always make the traditional Margarita, Pina Colada, or Martini, but if you are feeling adventurous just mention your favorite type of alcohol and let April create a unique and original cocktail just for you!
