We have built our catering team from the finest people in the business. Everyone that works at Kua Chef Services understands the importance of impeccable service. Chef Ari
Chef Ari is the owner and founder of Kua Catering and Private Chef Services. Chef Ari has sharpened her culinary skills at some of the finest restaurants in the world. She worked at Bar Tartine in San Francisco as well as a Michelin stared restaurant in France and one of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in Thailand. Chef Ari’s unique skillset and experience have come together to create her unique perspective on traditional and modern cuisines. In short, Chef Ari can cook just about anything! You know with her training and experience it will always be great!
Chef Bernardo
I’m Bernardo, a proactive and creative person, always looking for new ways to improve
and deliver the best. I consider myself responsible and passionate about the details,
ensuring that every project is flawless. My professional approach and ability to
interact with clients allow me to create unique and satisfying experiences.
Antonio – Executive Assistant

Pastry Chef Dennise
I’m Dennise, a creative and passionate pastry chef who loves what I do. I pay close
attention to every detail to make each cake a unique work of art. I enjoy romanticizing
pastry by using fresh flowers and seasonal flavors, creating exquisite and memorable
combinations. With patience and curiosity, I’m always experimenting with new
techniques and flavors to reflect my dedication and love for the sweet art.
Chef Jani
I’m Jani, an extroverted person who loves challenges and always strives to do my
best. I consider myself capable of multitasking with enthusiasm and efficiency. My
smile is my signature, and I aim to bring positive and contagious energy to everything I
do.

Passionate about cooking and service. I believe in continuous improvement, teamwork, and paying attention to every detail that makes a dining experience special.
Cami
I’m from Argentina, passionate about travel and gastronomy. I graduated as an International Chef and completed training and specializations in different countries, which allowed me to experience diverse cultures and unique flavors. I always knew I had a lot to share, so I decided to give my career a new direction and focus on logistics, administration, organization, and consulting, where I can combine my experience, creativity, and passion for connecting people, projects, and efficient processes.
Jose
Originally from Mexico City, I’ve been living in Los Cabos for 11 years with around 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. A lover of gastronomy, my favorite cuisine is Japanese. I’m an expert in Mexican spirits and a wine enthusiast. I enjoy traveling the world, and one of my favorite cities is NYC. My goal in life is to own my own Food and Beverage business, offering good food and drinks in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Abraham
I was born in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. My grandfather was a seafood vendor and my grandmother baked bread. I always loved cooking and baking, so I started practicing, studying, taking courses, and reading. In Spain, I earned a diploma in chocolate making with the best chocolate in the world (Valrhona), among other courses such as briocher and French pastry. When I arrived in Mexico, I already had considerable knowledge and experience, which opened doors for me at prestigious hotels and restaurants. I have taught courses and classes in my profession and have also trained many students from different schools across the country.
Chef Jaqui
I believe that an expression is worth more than a thousand words, but it is my virtues
and my character that truly define me. I strive to be authentic and genuine in
everything I do, reflecting the essence of my personality in every action.
Chef Arely
Chef Arely has vast culinary experience. From a young age she was inspired by her grand mother to explore her passion for cooking. She built her culinary career by graduating with a culinary degree, and then traveling thru Spain to work under acclaimed Michelin star chefs. Chef Arely returned home to Mexico and combined her experience from abroad with her local knowledge of Mexican cuisine to become a truly exceptional chef. The chef is also passionate about her home made Ice cream among other in-house specialty foods that she has mastered.
Butler – Victor
Victor is one of the most beloved members of the Kua team. His bartending skills are as polished as his knowledge of top-shelf liquors. Victor is also very gracious and happy to help our clients in any way possible. Don’t hesitate to ask Victor about any food or drink related items on the menu. His English is excellent and he can guide you to any support you may require from the Kua team.
Bartender & Mixologist – April
April has combined her natural ability and dedication to become an expert in serving up delicious concoctions. When April is running the bar you can rest assured your guest are in for some fun. April is a natural at putting on a show while creating innovative cocktails that will get all your guests excited about what drink she might make next. Of course April can always make the traditional Margarita, Pina Colada, or Martini, but if you are feeling adventurous just mention your favorite type of alcohol and let April create a unique and original cocktail just for you!
